Complaints procedure
At Schuiteman, we do everything we can to provide you with the best possible service.
We believe it is important that questions, concerns, and complaints can be discussed openly. That is why we strive to foster an open and constructive culture in which issues can be raised and, wherever possible, resolved through constructive dialogue.
If you do have a complaint, you can submit it in accordance with our complaints procedure. This procedure ensures that every complaint is handled carefully, independently, and appropriately.
Your complaint will initially be handled by Schuiteman’s internal Compliance Officer, who, as Chair of the Complaints Committee, is responsible for registering the complaint and overseeing its further handling. If your complaint concerns a matter that falls within the scope of our Whistleblower Scheme, please refer to the page dedicated to our Whistleblower Scheme.
