If you do have a complaint, though, please tell us. We have a complaints scheme to ensure that your complaint is dealt with carefully and properly.
Your complaint will be dealt with first by the compliance officer at the company concerned. They will record your complaint and send you confirmation that it has been received, also telling you how soon your complaint will be dealt with and when you can expect a response from us.
